As of 3:00 p.m. on January 17th, our dedicated University Systems team has made significant progress. The wired and wireless networks are now functioning smoothly, and it's worth noting that M365, Email, and BrightSpace have remained unaffected by this issue. However, here's where it gets controversial... some systems and services may not be fully restored until later this evening. We understand the impact this can have on your work and studies, and we're doing our best to expedite the process.
Our team is working hand-in-hand with Facilities Management to ensure a swift resolution. While we aim to minimize disruptions, we want to be transparent: certain services might take a bit longer to come back online. But we promise to keep you informed every step of the way.
